How much time is taken to open the hostel?


We take about a month to work with our in-house architect and engineers to create a solid work plan flow from start to finish of your property depending on the location, property and repairs required.




How much is the franchise fee and commissions that Bistar Hostel charges?


We are a complete hospitality solution in a budgeted market as we understand that investors today, wish to invest more and seek more returns. That's where we come in. What are the minimum requirements for opening a property?


A minimum requirement of space that you would require is as per the following to have a comfort for travelers is stated below. Further space could be assessed and calculated as per your availability of space. 1. Mixed Dorm and Bathroom 2. Female Dorm with Attached Washroom 3. Private Room with Attached Washroom 4. Lawn Space for kitchen and cafe or terrace space for the same. The following is the addition planning which could also be incorporated into the above, according to availing space. 5.
